Data controller

Data collected

We only collect the data you send us:

• Via the contact form: name, company, email, phone, rough budget, project type and message.
• Via your client area (if you create an account): email, encrypted password, and the history of your quotes and projects.
• For subscriptions: billing and payment data, processed directly by our payment provider Stripe (we never store your card details).
• Anonymous technical analytics data (where applicable), to improve the site.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used to answer your request, prepare a proposal, manage your account and subscription, and follow up on the relationship. The legal basis is your consent, the performance of pre-contractual measures and the performance of our contract.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted in line with legal obligations.

Data sharing

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is processed by technical sub-processors acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality: Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (database and client accounts), Stripe (payments and subscriptions) and Resend (email delivery).

Data transfers outside Switzerland

Some of these providers (notably Vercel and Stripe) may process data on servers located outside Switzerland and the European Union, including in the United States. Such transfers are covered by appropriate contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses) ensuring an adequate level of protection.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise it, simply write to us at the address above.

Security

The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorised access.
